3Ci's platform helped an automotive company and an independent auto distributor increase new car sales by driving foot traffic to dealer locations.

Problem
Dealerships were facing stagnant, if not declining, sales. The group needed to build a larger database of potential consumers and convert them into sales leads.

Solution
The distributor ran radio spots for one week, promoting an Apple® iPhone™ and iPod® giveaway. Consumers were asked to "text in" for a chance to win. When they did, the Switchblade platform posted their phone numbers for the dealership manager — in real time. A dealer rep then called the consumer to confirm their information. Consumers were sent a follow-up message asking if they were interested in making a new or used car purchase.

Results
6.2% of the client's database was converted into sales leads.
