Mr. Ross entered the radio broadcasting business in 1972 as an advertising executive and moved into station, cluster, and group management, setting the trail as one of the first radio consolidators. During his 36-year media career, David created, built, and operated clusters of radio stations around the world, including legendary Top 40 powerhouse WHYI-FM Y-100 in Miami.
