Employee Profile: Robert “Bob” Leonard, Vice President of Integration Services

Robert J. Leonard is an investor and the Vice President of Integration Services for 3Cinteractive. Bob’s role at 3Ci includes identifying new markets and business opportunities nationally, providing guidance to strategic and operational planning processes and maintaining awareness of industry and technology trends.

Bob is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Florida Technology, a technology consultancy and systems integrator. Florida Technology delivers enterprise-scale, web-based applications and business analytics solutions to mid-and-large sized corporations.

Prior to building Florida Technology, Bob served in leadership roles within Avanade, Inc., the world’s largest Microsoft® consulting company. While at Avanade, Leonard was responsible for business development and solution delivery exceeding $20M annually for some of Florida’s most notable companies, including JM Family Enterprises, AutoNation, Fidelity National Financial, Acosta Sales & Marketing, Office Depot, Landstar Systems, and CSX Transportation.

Previously, Bob was President of Encore Development, a regional systems integrator he helped co-founded and build into a 200-person, $30M Internet consultancy.

Before building Encore, Bob spent two years as General Manager of CSX Transportation’s integrated software business unit and three years as the executive vice president and general manager of Moore Technology Solutions, the electronic forms software company he co-founded on behalf of Moore Business Forms, the world’s largest paper forms manufacturing company.

Bob began his entrepreneurial initiatives when he co-founded and served as president of Leonard Development Group, a software development and publishing company of both programming languages and productivity applications for the Macintosh® computer. Leonard directed the company to worldwide distribution of the company’s best-selling products until the company’s acquisition by Symantec™ Corporation, where he served as Director of Product Marketing.

Bob started his career working for Price Waterhouse’s consulting practice. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

Employee Profile: Vinnie Fiordelisi, Marketing Specialist

Vinnie Fiordelisi brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as 3Cinteractive’s Marketing Specialist. Vinnie’s responsibilities include leading 3Ci’s public relations and communications strategy and assisting in marketing and branding efforts.

Vinnie FiordelisiPrior to 3Ci, Vinnie spent nine years as the Director of Talent Services at Neostar Sports & Entertainment, a leading sports marketing company. He worked directly with a number of professional athletes, most notably 3Ci Advisory Board Member and All-Pro Linebacker Jason Taylor and 3Ci Advisory Board member and Hall of Fame Quarterback Dan Marino.

As Director of Talent Services, Vinnie negotiated endorsement contracts, coordinated speaking engagements, memorabilia signings, and personal appearances. He also provided corporate consulting services to a number of corporate clients such as McArthur Dairy® and Juiceblendz®.

Vinnie focused on creating and maintaining the desired brand image of each client and enhanced their careers through maximizing endorsement and appearance opportunities, broadcast negotiation, public relations, and promotional management.

Vinnie was born and raised in New Jersey before attending the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a life-long Miami Dolphins, New York Yankees, and New York Knicks fan.

Employee Announcement: Dave Sitomer, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

Dave Sitomer brings a wealth of experience in strategic initiatives and telecommunications to his role as 3Cinteractive’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Dave’s responsibilities include identifying new markets and business opportunities globally, recommending and prioritizing potential investments, and providing guidance to budgetary, strategic, and operational planning processes.

Before joining 3Cinteractive, Dave was Vice President of Business Development, overseeing VeriSign’s communications portfolio. Dave Sitomer Prior to that he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at VeriSign, where he oversaw the negotiation, due diligence, and integration of eight acquisitions (of which four exceeded $250 million). He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Illuminet until its sale to VeriSign, and spent ten years at IBM in various positions. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA in International Corporate Finance from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.

Employee Announcement: John Styers, Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Industry Relations

3Cinteractive is pleased to announce the addition of John Styers to the team. He joins the 3Ci family as our Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Industry Relations.  John Styers John brings a wealth of experience and expertise to 3Ci. As a founding member and Executive Board member of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and as Chairman of the Annual Global Messaging Congress in Europe, John is well versed in the wireless ecosystem. He is a frequent speaker at MMA events, 3GSM, the Global Messaging Congress, and CTIA.

John’s expert focus on messaging, enterprise solutions, mobile health (mHealth), and mobile marketing make him an invaluable member of our team. Please join us in welcoming John to 3Ci.

Employee Profile: Karly Dreker, Compliance and Program Coordinator

As 3Cinteractive’s Compliance and Program Coordinator, Karly Dreker is responsible for managing the entire program submission process. Karly works closely with aggregators and clients to get campaigns to market as quickly as possible, saving clients both time and money.

Born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Karly attended the University of Miami where she studied Advertising, Marketing, and Psychology. Her career with 3Cinteractive began in the summer of 2007 when she became the company’s first intern. After graduating from Miami in 2008, Karly came on board full time as 3Ci’s Marketing Specialist.

While very successful in the Marketing and Creative Department, Karly’s tireless work ethic and unmatched attention to detail have proven to be a great compliment to an already exceptional Client Services Department.

In her spare time, Karly enjoys traveling, going to the beach, swimming, and any kind of activities on or in the water. She is also an avid University of Miami Hurricanes and Miami Heat fan.

Eric Santelices, Senior Systems Administrator / Sales Support Engineer 

Eric Santelices

Eric Santelices is the newest member of the 3Cinteractive team, working out of the company’s headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. Due to his years of experience and his technical expertise, Eric has assumed the dual role of Senior Systems Administrator and Sales Support Engineer.

Eric has over twenty years of IT operations management and architecture experience, making him well suited to handling both systems administration and sales support for our clients.

Prior to joining 3Ci, Eric was the senior systems administrator and infrastructure architect for World Avenue, a leading technology development company in the lead generation and advertising industries. Previous to this, Eric was the president / owner and Trillian Financial, Inc., a company specializing in financial solutions for merchant banking and back office solutions. He also spent several years at EMC, Inc. as a senior implementation specialist. Finally, Eric worked with several members of the 3Ci family at iBill, where he was director of infrastructure services.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Miami and he is a proud father of a son as well as a musician.

Employee Profile: Mark Smith, COO

Mark Smith is 3Cinteractive’s Chief Operating Officer. As part of the company’s management team he is responsible for all facets of operations and administration. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of wireless technology, ecommerce, and telecommunications solutions for enterprises and brands to 3Ci.

Prior to the start of 3Cinteractive, Mark spent 16 years at MCI. After leaving MCI Mark joined startup iBill (one of the first Internet-based payment processing companies). Mark served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations and was instrumental in helping to build the company up to over four hundred employees strong, processing over a half a billion dollars a year in payments.

After the sale of iBill in 2002 to Intercept, a publicly traded company in Atlanta, Mark has been involved in several new ventures, including PayVentures, Governmental Management Services, and 365 Billing.

Something that you may not know about Mark is the fact that, prior to starting 3Cinteractive, he had never before sent a mobile text message. As Mark tells it, “When we started 3Ci, I had never sent a text message in my life. For the first year, most of the people we spoke to about the coming wave of mobile marketing and text messaging looked at us like we were out of our mind. It is really gratifying to see how prevalent and important text messaging and mobile marketing has become.”

Now that he is one of our text messaging experts, Mark has helped lead the charge for 3Cinteractive to affect the direction of the industry itself. 3Ci is an active member of organizations such as the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and CTIA - The Wireless Association. In particular, 3Cinteractive is involved in the Best Practices Committee and the Mobile Commerce Committee with the MMA, demonstrating that mobile marketing is more than things like ringtones and wallpapers and other consumer oriented entertainment products.

Mark is a proud graduate of the University of Texas and while 3Ci is his day, evening, night and weekend job, he is a dedicated husband and father as well as an avid runner and skier.
