Chris McGrath, Client Services Manager

Chris McGrath manages 3Ci’s Client Services Department. With an extensive background in customer service and telecommunications, Chris brings a wealth of experience to 3Ci’s client boarding process.

Chris’s ability to educate the client on the implementation process, timelines, and the program submission process is a critical component of 3Ci’s Compliance Team. Following her initial meetings with a new client, Chris is responsible for creating a compliant program brief that is up-to-date with the carriers’ approval guidelines. As part of the 3Ci’s Compliance Team, Chris works closely with Niki Dunbar, Director of Service Operations. Chris’s proactive approach and positive attitude have contributed to the success of 3Ci.

Chris’s career began in Boca Raton as an executive assistant at IBM, where she supported high level executives. From there, she worked at Airtouch Paging as a Sales/Service Account Executive. Before starting at 3Ci, Chris spent nine years at AT&T as a Business Care Manager, managing all areas of the customer relationship, account management, and enterprise customer portfolio. Her clients included FP&L, JM Family Enterprises, AutoNation and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

In her spare time, Chris enjoys getting together with family and friends, shopping, traveling and good wine! A native of Pittsburgh, PA, she’s an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys visiting her family (Josie, Jackie, and Michael) in Erie, PA.

Tyler Frederick, Network Architect

Tyler Frederick, of 3Ci’s New England Office, manages 3Ci’s system and network architecture. With an extensive background in telecommunications, network engineering and computer security, Tyler brings a great amount of experience to the 3Ci technology team.

Tyler began his career as a consultant assisting several telephone companies and ISPs in Massachusetts. In 2000, Tyler relocated to South Florida to take a position with CBS SportsLine. At CBS, Tyler contributed network design expertise and oversaw all network security operations. Tyler has also consulted and written software for companies such as Time Warner, University of Massachusetts Medical Group and the United States Secret Service.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys learning new technologies, producing music, magic & illusions, and riding ATVs. An avid aviation buff, Tyler spends his spare time flying a Cessna 172.

Tyler resides in Wilbraham, MA with his wife Emily and their daughter, Payton.

Juan Silva, Senior Developer

Juan Silva, who works out of 3Ci’s Montevideo, Uruguay development center, is one of the company’s senior developers. Juan’s day to day focus is on coding and developing the mobile applications that power 3Ci’s Switchblade mobile platform. His responsibilities range from software and database design to product support, giving him a wide ranging knowledge of the mobile technology environment.

Juan began his development career as a 16-year-old high school student, when he started developing websites on a freelance basis. Years later, at the age of 20, Juan got his first shot as a development team leader at a local technology firm. His early start as a developer and his strong knowledge of mobile technology have made him one of the youngest developers on the 3Ci team.

Juan likes to be up to date with the latest programing trends, enjoying web related languages, especially CSS and JavaScript. In his free time Juan enjoys spending time at the beach and frequenting car racing events. Juan’s family includes his wife Viviana and daughter Avril.

Juan Nin, General Manager, South America - Development

Juan Nin is the General Manager of 3Ci’s South American Development Office. His daily responsibilities include general management, head of development and server management.  He has extensive experience in mobile development and carrier integrations and recently led 3Ci’s SMS integration with Brazilian mobile carriers.

Juan is a leader in the mobile development community and is actively involved in the open source WURFL roject and web neutrality efforts.  Prior to joining 3Ci, Juan’s experience included managing international projects for several multi-national corporations and teaching Linux server administration, maintenance and security.

Juan takes great pride in the areas of research, progress and innovation.  He is always up to date on the latest technology including UNIX, Linux, Mac devices and mobile technology.  He recently picked up surfing as a hobby and is a former drummer in Lapso, a Uruguayan rock band.  His family includes his wife Luciana, his mother Susana, brother Massimilano and his father Jorge.

David Ross, Chairman of the Board

South Florida radio executive and media promotions innovator, David Ross recently joined 3Ci as an investor and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ross’ highly successful broadcast career includes management, ownership, and consulting to hundreds of radio stations worldwide. He is most associated with Miami legendary top 40 radio station, Y100,  which sold to Clear Channel Inc. in 1994, along with other stations from Metroplex Inc. where Ross was an executive officer and partner.

Next, Ross led the consolidation of radio clusters in Florida, amassing 32 Clear Channel Radio stations. David promoted many cutting edge events including the creation of proprietary thematic radio concerts and charitable events. David’s experience as a seasoned deal maker and media executive along with his recently acquired knowledge of mobile brings 3Ci a unique perspective, and ability to relate to brands which are adopting text messaging as the new media of choice. His role as Chairman includes the creation of an all star advisory board consisting of a diverse group of top banking, media, sports and business executives chartered to help guide the company and its management team through the rapidly changing and dynamic world of wireless, where 3Ci is experiencing dramatic growth.  David is an avid fan of extreme sports, and spending time in Aspen. His family includes wife Valerie, step-daughter Nicole, son John Paul and new addition, Hartlynn, his first granddaughter.

Every business needs the right partners to maximize its potential. My objective is to develop the strategic sales, vendor, and partner relationships that help 3Cinteractive to execute its business plan.

Having started in MCI’s corporate accounts organization, I spent the last five years of my career in national account and wholesale account sales management positions. Before reaching 3Ci I transferred to Canada where I helped to build MCI’s wholesale organization.
