Eric Santelices, Senior Systems Administrator / Sales Support Engineer

Eric Santelices is the newest member of the 3Cinteractive team, working out of the company’s headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. Due to his years of experience and his technical expertise, Eric has assumed the dual role of Senior Systems Administrator and Sales Support Engineer.

Eric has over twenty years of IT operations management and architecture experience, making him well suited to handling both systems administration and sales support for our clients.

Prior to joining 3Ci, Eric was the senior systems administrator and infrastructure architect for World Avenue, a leading technology development company in the lead generation and advertising industries. Previous to this, Eric was the president / owner and Trillian Financial, Inc., a company specializing in financial solutions for merchant banking and back office solutions. He also spent several years at EMC, Inc. as a senior implementation specialist. Finally, Eric worked with several members of the 3Ci family at iBill, where he was director of infrastructure services.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Miami and he is a proud father of a son as well as a musician.

Employee Profile: Mark Smith, COO

Mark Smith is 3Cinteractive’s Chief Operating Officer. As part of the company’s management team he is responsible for all facets of operations and administration. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of wireless technology, ecommerce, and telecommunications solutions for enterprises and brands to 3Ci.

Prior to the start of 3Cinteractive, Mark spent 16 years at MCI. After leaving MCI Mark joined startup iBill (one of the first Internet-based payment processing companies). Mark served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations and was instrumental in helping to build the company up to over four hundred employees strong, processing over a half a billion dollars a year in payments.

After the sale of iBill in 2002 to Intercept, a publicly traded company in Atlanta, Mark has been involved in several new ventures, including PayVentures, Governmental Management Services, and 365 Billing.

Something that you may not know about Mark is the fact that, prior to starting 3Cinteractive, he had never before sent a mobile text message. As Mark tells it, “When we started 3Ci, I had never sent a text message in my life. For the first year, most of the people we spoke to about the coming wave of mobile marketing and text messaging looked at us like we were out of our mind. It is really gratifying to see how prevalent and important text messaging and mobile marketing has become.”

Now that he is one of our text messaging experts, Mark has helped lead the charge for 3Cinteractive to affect the direction of the industry itself. 3Ci is an active member of organizations such as the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and CTIA - The Wireless Association. In particular, 3Cinteractive is involved in the Best Practices Committee and the Mobile Commerce Committee with the MMA, demonstrating that mobile marketing is more than things like ringtones and wallpapers and other consumer oriented entertainment products.

Mark is a proud graduate of the University of Texas and while 3Ci is his day, evening, night and weekend job, he is a dedicated husband and father as well as an avid runner and skier.

Robert Chevannes, of 3Ci’s corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, is responsible for executing all of the company’s internal and external reporting as 3Ci’s chief accounting officer.

Before joining 3Ci, Robert was employed at Aaxon Holdings as controller and he was responsible for that company’s loan covenant as well as its multi-location operations.

Robert brings a great amount of experience to the 3Ci finance and operations team due to his solid track record in finance at Aaxon Holdings. Robert began his career as a staff / settlement accountant at iBill overseeing client settlements.

Robert is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and is an avid basketball fan and is particularly a fan of a certain Eastern Conference, Atlantic Division NBA team that he would rather leave unnamed for some reason…

Sari Stanley Terceira, Human Resources

As Human Resources Manager, Sari’s responsibilities include payroll management, benefits administration, and managing client invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, harking back to her early career with 3Ci.

Sari was one of the first employees of 3Cinteractive, starting with the mobile marketing firm as the Executive Assistant to CEO and Founder John Duffy. From there she moved into a Bookkeeping/Accounting role which has blossomed into her current position as Human Resources Manager.

Before joining 3Ci, Sari developed her mobile market skills in the telecommunications industry as a Client Services Manager for MCI. When she is not at work, Sari enjoys her home in Atlantis, Florida, where she lives with her husband Anthony and daughter Elizabeth.

Marsha Forbes, Client Services

Marsha Forbes is a manager in 3Ci’s Client Services Department. With an extensive background in customer service and marketing, Marsha brings her experiences to 3Ci’s client boarding process.

Marsha’s ability to educate the client on technology implementation, timelines, and the program submission process is a critical component of the compliance activities of 3Ci’s Client Services Department. Following her initial meetings with a new client, Marsha is responsible for creating a compliant program brief that is up-to-date with the carriers’ approval guidelines. As part of 3Ci’s Compliance Team, Marsha works closely with Niki Dunbar, Director of Service Operations. Marsha’s meticulous approach and professional grace have contributed to the success of 3Ci.

A native of Birmingham, England, Marsha’s career began in London, at the Halifax Building Society, where she worked as a Customer Service Representative for Mortgage Arrears. She then migrated across the Atlantic, moving to Florida, where she obtained her degree at Stetson University in DeLand (graduating Magna Cum Laude). Since moving to the United States Marsha has worked at the Daytona Beach News Journal, Universal Designs in customer service and international business, and at Vision Media in sales. Prior to coming on board with 3Ci, Marsha was the Marketing Manager for the Sales Empowerment Institute, planning and executing direct response marketing strategies, Internet marketing, copywriting, and publicity.

Joe Arcadi, Facilities Manager

As Facilities Manager of 3Cinteractive, Joe Arcadi (a.k.a. Papa Joe) is responsible for managing the company’s property. In the past year, Papa Joe has led two office build outs to support 3Ci’s growth. Joe’s creative design talent and artistic background shines through 3Ci’s unique office environment, a rewarding result for Joe and 3Ci.

Before joining 3Ci, Joe owned, managed and sold for several companies. Most of his business experience is in the construction industry. When he arrived in South Florida, six years ago, he put his passion to work by managing and designing for Boca Kitchens.

Joe’s creative side has played a part in how he spends his free time. Joe has enjoyed working with his son, Jason, to restore a 1923 T-Bucket Roadster and a 1957 Corvette, which he has owned since he was 17 years-old. Joe also enjoys exercising and watching movies with his wife, Patty and spending time with his granddaughters at John and Michelle’s house.

Chris Field, Mobile Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, Chris’s responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, selling mobile solutions to big brands, partnering up with ad agencies and managing mobile campaigns for 3Ci’s client base.  He focuses his sales efforts on targeting ad agencies, direct marketing companies, universities and media companies.  Recently, Chris moved from the Boca Raton office up to Philadelphia to explore business development opportunities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Before joining 3Ci, Chris honed his sales skills in the internet marketing industry.  In the past, he has sold website solutions and online media that focused on direct response marketing.  Chris’s extensive background in the online industry stems from running lead generation campaigns using search engine optimization, lead generation websites, online media, and affiliate marketing for two medium sized finance companies.  Chris graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Marketing Information Systems, minoring in eCommerce and Internet Marketing.

When he is not at work, Chris enjoys staying active by surfing, competing in triathlons,  snowboarding, and hiking with his fiance, Caroline, and their dog, Levi.  Chris and Caroline are getting married in May 2009 outside of Philadelphia.
