Employee Profile: Brian Kilpatrick, VP of Accounting & Finance
Please join us in welcoming a new team member to 3Ci! Brian Kilpatrick joined 3Ci in December as our Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Kilpatrick is responsible for the development and oversight of the accounting and finance functions of the company.
Prior to joining 3Ci, Kilpatrick spent five years at Ernst & Young where he held the title of assurance manager, primarily focused on the telecom and software industries.
Kilpatrick graduated from Florida State University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a double major in accounting & finance. He received his Masters of Accounting from Florida International University in 2006. He received his Certified Public Accountant license and International Finance Reporting Standards certification and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
Kilpatrick grew up in New Jersey and is very active in the community. He is a youth football coach, held the Community Involvement Chair position at Ernst & Young and is actively involved in the United Way, Junior Achievement and Kids in Distress. Kilpatrick also recently married his long time girlfriend Michelle.

After he arrived in the U.S., Wael earned his master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). While attending school he also began his professional career in software development. Wael was a senior software engineer at Open Finance Network before joining Royal Caribbean International.
Prior to 3Ci, Vinnie spent nine years as the Director of Talent Services at Neostar Sports & Entertainment, a leading sports marketing company. He worked directly with a number of professional athletes, most notably 3Ci Advisory Board Member and All-Pro Linebacker Jason Taylor and 3Ci Advisory Board member and Hall of Fame Quarterback Dan Marino.
Prior to that he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at VeriSign, where he oversaw the negotiation, due diligence, and integration of eight acquisitions (of which four exceeded $250 million). He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Illuminet until its sale to VeriSign, and spent ten years at IBM in various positions. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA in International Corporate Finance from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
