Mobile World Congress Americas, one of the biggest mobile events of the year, kicks off this week in Los Angeles, California and will bring together the brightest minds in mobile to share the latest cutting-edge technology and key insights around the current state of the mobile industry.
3C’s leadership will be partnering, chairing and participating in several key events and seminars taking place over the course of the conference. As the leader in rich communication services (RCS), our team of experts will be there to share our perspective on in-market programs, early results and present key insights on the evolution of SMS to RCS messaging.
First up today, September 11, will be the GSMA’s RCS Business Messaging Awareness Lab, where major players in the development and deployment of RCS business messaging will get together to share insights about the current state of RCS, present brand demos of the newest in-market campaigns, and share early program results. Our very own John Duffy, CEO, and Jeff Michaud, VP Client Strategy, will join industry experts from Google, Mavenir, Samsung, and AT&T in speaking about what’s needed from the industry to continue to move RCS forward as the preferred mobile channel.
Next up tomorrow, Wednesday, September 12, 3C will be taking the stage during the RCS business messaging seminar “RCS Business Messaging: The Future of Brand Communications” to discuss the tremendous impact RCS has had so far on consumer communications. We’ll join great brands Express, Overstock, Subway and Walgreens to discuss the RCS and current business messaging market, the commercial opportunities and market potential of the platform, and the overall strategic vision for RCS.
