Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Carrier Relations
As vice president of strategic partnerships and carrier relations at 3C, Ellen is responsible for managing strategic relationships for 3C, specifically those within the wireless industry, and is responsible for the financial and strategic success of these business relationships. Ellen is also responsible for cultivating, developing and maintaining strategic relationships, garnering leads and creating new business opportunities and revenue for 3C.
In her role, Ellen works with business development in creating relationship-specific business strategies, models and pricing. She works across a variety of stakeholder groups internally including technical solutions, sales, marketing, service delivery, software engineering, and infrastructure; and externally with the carriers, key industry associations such as CTIA and MMA, key developer programs, 3C connectivity partners and partner alliances.
Ellen is a well-respected wireless industry veteran with 25 years of experience. She has had hands-on involvement in the start-up of six different wireless companies throughout the US and abroad. Before joining 3C in 2011, she served for eight years as the director of mobile commerce at AT&T Mobility. Ellen was responsible for managing AT&T’s exploration into mobile payments and next generation mobile marketing. She also managed AT&T’s content distribution business, including the distribution of apps through Android Market, Microsoft Marketplace and BlackBerry AppWorld. Under Ellen’s leadership, AT&T was recognized as one of the most progressive carriers in mobile commerce and content distribution.
