GDPR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

3Cinteractive recognizes the sensitive nature of the personal data we collect and the importance of protecting it. We have recently updated our privacy policy and added new disclosures regarding the collection, storage, and security of data as a result of the European Union’s new legal framework for data protection. Known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legislation went into effect May 25, 2018.

The GDPR regulation requires consent from EU residents before using their data in any way. It also entitles them to access their data and ask for it to be removed and forgotten from any databases on request. We are extending the same rights to citizens outside the EU for consistency and transparency in understanding how your data is being used.

This website and our related websites and any mobile site or mobile application that links to this privacy statement, (collectively, the “Sites”, “Sites”,) are owned and operated by 3Cinteractive, Corp with its principle place of business at 750 Park of Commerce Boulevard, Suite 400, Boca Raton, Florida 33487.

Below is a list of privileges and how you can exercise these privileges and rights included with GDPR.

1.0 Right to Consent

You have a right to consent to how 3Cinteractive uses your data. Below is a list of the data points we collect and how they are used. We never abuse your information; it’s never sold to third parties and is explicitly not addressed to anyone below the age of 13 years (Article 6 & 7 of the GDPR).

Data is maintained for no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed, unless there is at least a legal basis to do so.  Our clients from which data is received from, shall comply with contractual requirements which indicates that data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed.  Circumstances that require data to be stored for longer periods shall be clearly indicated throughout the contractual and/or business relationship.

For our potential customers who have provided data through our website, data is also maintained for the purposes for which it is being processed, unless there is at least one legal basis to do so.

If your contact information is updated with viable information, our records will be declared active as long as you haven’t exercised your right to revoke consent or be forgotten.

5.0 How to Access & Obtain Your Data

Under GDPR you have the right to ask for all the data collected on you. Your data is stored in a secure location. If you wish to access the information, we have on you, please email us at privacy@3cinteractive.com.  We will require you to confirm your identity in order to process the information.  It will take up to thirty (30) business days to retrieve and send you the collected data (Article 12.3 of the GDPR). The data will be provided in readable format and sent via secure email.

6.0 How to be Forgotten/Removed from the Database

Your right to be forgotten refers to your right to have your information wiped from our database. If you wish for your information to be removed please email us at privacy@3cinteractive.com and we’ll confirm your information is removed via secure email within thirty (30) business days (Article 17 of GDPR).

7.0 How to Submit a Complaint Concerning Your Data

If you wish to submit a formal complaint against how your data is being used, collected, or stored by 3Cinteractive, contact us at privacy@3cinteractive.com.

8.0 How to Revoke Your Consent

If you’ve consented to receive messages from us and need to revoke that consent, please contact us at privacy@3cinteractive.com and we’ll update our records and ensure your data is not stored. We’ll confirm your withdrawal via secure email within thirty (30) business days.

9.0 CHANGES TO THIS GDPR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, notification will be made on our website homepage.
