A nationwide big-box retailer partnered with 3C to turn that problem into an opportunity by reaching out to customers whose contracts were due to expire – and re-signing them before that happened. Additionally, the retailer was looking for a way to convert existing customers who were not currently purchasing their wireless service through them.
3C integrated our platform with the client’s CRM systems and created a plug-in for their device upgrade notification service. This allowed new or existing customers to register for notifications when they were eligible for a device upgrade. On the date of device upgrade eligibility, the application sends a notification to the customer advising them of their eligibility and providing them a promotional offer to purchase a new device.
This proactive customer relationship management process is driving millions of dollars in new revenue annually through contextually relevant, “right time” engagement that is increasing the lifetime value of the retailer’s customers.
